What are the property requirements for clients?

In the case of a caravan, it is necessary to have an access road that a regular passenger car can handle, as well as the opportunity to turn around on the property (caravan+car set). It is also necessary to have some paved flat area on the property. There should be no major source of noise or other disturbances around the property. It is good to clearly allocate a place on the property for our clients. The better your property is prepared, the more popular it will be and the more you can charge, e.g. if there is water, electricity, etc. available on the property.
