Rovný, vcelku veliký a klidný pozemek na kraji Liberce, odkud se dá hravě dostat do půl hodinky kamkoliv v okolí, také do nákupního centra zadní cestou bez kolon (na doporučení majitele). Hodně jsme ocenili velmi čistou moderní koupelnu s toaletou. Majitel je příjemný a vstřícný, dá se s ním popovídat, dokonce nám ráno nabídl kafe.
