Všechno dle popisu. Přejezd přes most se Škoda Yeti v pohodě. Pozemek hrbolatější, ale mě to nevadilo. Osobně dojem z pozemku kazí hodně zaplachtovaných věcí. Prostor ke zlepšení mít možnost lepšího vstupu k potoku. Ale nezkoumala jsem celý pozemek. Komunikace s majitelem v pořádku. Děkujeme.

Všechno dle popisu. Komunikace s majitelkou bez problémů. Super možnost půjčit si vybavení v zahradním domku. Pokud povyrostou stromy a keře, místo bude ještě útulnější. Děkujeme.
