Pozemok bol veľmi pekne pripravený a naozaj krásny – upravený, priestranný, susediaci s lesom a s malým čistým potôčikom priamo na kraji pozemku. Ako malé negatívum sme vnímali iba sobotný ruch z okolitých chatiek (kosenie a podobné práce).

Komunikácia s majiteľom bola bezchybná. Bolo pripravené presne to, čo človek na príjemnú stanovačku očakáva. Veľmi nás potešilo milé prekvapenie na privítanie, dostatok dreva na opekanie, pripravené ražne aj veľké ohnisko. Ďakujeme.
