Velmi příjemné místo, rozlehlá zahrada, chatka nabízí vše, co člověk potřebuje. V noci naprostý klid a ticho. Nejedná se o samotu, místo je na okraji malé obce, ale i tak pozemek poskytuje dostatek soukromí.
