Dobrá dostupnost pozemku, kousek od silnice. Krásná prostorná louka u lesa. V dostupné vzdálenosti je rybník ke koupání. Jediná nevýhoda může být pouze zahradní sprcha a mobilní záchod toi toi.

Dobrá dostupnost pozemku. Skvělá lokalita bez měst v okolí. Pěkná prostorná louka s pergolou, kterou je možné využít na opékání buřtů. Velké plus je buňka se záchodem, umyvadli a sprchovým koutem.
