Krásné, stinné a opečovávané prostředí, dostatečně prostorný pozemek. Ticho, voda (jezírko a potok) a spousta ptáků dotváří klidný dojem, přesto spousta prostoru na zabavení dětí a v okolí mnoho možností, kam vyrazit na výlet.
