Otevřený, prostorný pozemek. Málo vzrostlých stromů, když je slunce, tak jedině mít svoji stříšku na ochranu před ním. Voda kvalitní, bezproblémový přístup. Na pozemku jsme byli sami, občas jsou slyšet z okolí pracovní stroje. Tráva na pozemku byla posekaná, příjemná pro chůzi naboso. Pozemek je celý oplocený.
