Krasne misto - vychozi bod na bezky, turistiku, lyze, sanky a v sezone asi i kola. Skveli majitele, perfektni servis a paradni jidlo z jejich restaurace

S majitelem pozemku skvela komunikace, vse bez problemu, vyborne vychozi misto pro cyklovylety at uz do centra Prahy (napr. trh na naplavce 15min na kole), nebo proti proudu Vltavy. V podstate primo na pozemku je privoz Lahovicky-Modrany (zde zastavka tramavaje) - privoz jezdi kazdych 20min. Na okraji pozemku je take stanek s obcerstvenim.
