Property evaluation
The owner was very helpful and the property was nice. The only downside is if you come without a car (we came on foot) the bus that we were meant to take no longer runs so we had to trek an hour with all of our gear to get to the site. Definitely more accessible by car than on foot.
This was a beautiful spot, and there were no issues with the camping itself. It had good access to krknose for hiking during the day. However, the first night there were two other caravans with children making a lot of noise, and the second night there was music somewhere in the neighbourhood that went on until early in the morning. This is not necessarily the owners fault, but it shouldn’t be advertised as a quiet and peaceful spot if there is constant commotion!
