Land plot with perfect location, ideal starting point for hiking. Land mown, water and electricity available, fireplace with wood. Just below the meadow playground. Possibility of ordering half board from the kitchen of the adjacent guest house (always order the day before), as well as it is possible to go for draft beer, etc. The place is secluded, so no crowds of tourists around, absolute peace at night. What we have to point out is the slope of the meadow, which makes it difficult to get to a suitable spot and likewise to set up the caravan in the flat. But everything is possible, it just takes more time than usual :-) Recommended!

The land is in a very nice location of Benecko, nice views, quiet surroundings, the center of Benecko with family entertainment is very close. On the land there is a large playground, nice fireplace. The access roads (from Vítkovice and Benecko) are narrower asphalt, but also with a large car well passable. The arrival and departure was on wet grass (on the property) and completely without problems.
The only problem I can see is the slope of the land, with a big car and 4 wedges the bubble in the water level was still running around the corner. The camper will probably be easier to level than the RV.
I am happy with my visit. 😁

Very nice place. Fireplace, seating, pichace for sausages, trash can. The advantage is a large playground directly under the land. The only minus is probably the slope of the land, when at night in a sleeping bag you easily slide down, but nothing terrible. You can still get a good night's sleep even with two small children and 8 months pregnant 😁 We recommend it and will definitely be happy to return 😊
