Rovný, čistý, upravený čerstvě posečený plácek na konci malebné obce Šilheřovice s jedinečným anglickým parkem ideálním k procházkám. Bezproblémový pevný a navigačně jednoduchý příjezd pro jakkoliv dlouhou obytku. U klidné boční silnice. Dostatečně daleko od rodinných domů. Vesnická pohoda. Večer božské ticho doprovázené kuňkáním žab. A jako bonus krásný západ slunce s nerušeným výhledem do polí. Fajn komunikace s majitelem.
