Property evaluation
Communication with the owner was very good. Lukas was very helpful and friendly. The site was very good. We had the whole place to ourselves. Electricity was provided. The WC was very good with a lovely view. The shower was also great although in the morning was a little fresh! Fresh drinking water was also on site from a tap at the shower. Lukas made us a fire at night which was lovely. My only issue was the road noise at night. I am a light sleeper and had trouble to sleep due to the road noise in the distance. This meant that we cut short our stay. However, if you don't have trouble sleeping then I would recommend this site. It is well located near some interesting sites. Well worth a visit.
Sadly our stay was aborted due to a heavy storm. However, the land and the teepee were very good. Our Teepee was in a secluded area next to the sheep. The owner had left us wood for the fire pits which was kind. Inside the tent half was boarded in wood. If it had been dry we would have tried to sleep in the tent however due to the storm it was soon pretty wet inside. Communication with the owner was excellent. The lake looked lovely and we had planned to rent the canoe for a paddle. There is a camp next to this land where you might be able to use WC and showers. The WC here is interesting. We didn't get to try it. With a group of friend with kids this would be a fun place to stay. We hope to visit another time when the weather is better.
