Krásná a klidná zahrada s potokem a krásným výhledem na okolní louky. Pozemek má dvě místa na kempovaní dostatečně vzdálená od sebe, takže se s druhými bezkempaři sotva potkáte. Každé místo má své vlastní posezení s ohništěm, nachytaným dřevem se sekerou a elektřinou. My měli karavan v malém hájku, takže nebylo ani potřeba vytahovat markýzu. Na pozemku ke téčko pro otočení i s karavanem. Šedou vodu zatím není kde vylít, jímka se teprve chystá. S majitelem nyla perfektní komunikace i domluva :)
