Místo klidné,s výhledem na Novou Říši. Výhoda, že pozemek je celý oplocený. Nevýhoda, že je poblíž statku. Na kolech možnost po okolí, včetně Telče. WC čisté,majitel doplnil čerstvou vodu. Komunikace probíhala bez problémů.
