Velmi klidné místo uprostřed ničeho. Ideální pokud chcete na procházky po vinicích nebo dojít do Bořetic či Pavlovic.
Na pozemku kadibudka, hamaka, trochu dřeva, jednoduché sezení u ohniště a pila + sekera.
Za nás příjezdová cesta v pohodě a odjeli jsme druhou stranou (z kopce dolu).
Jen mohla být tráva trochu posekanější ale nic co by se nedalo zvládnout.
