Vše na pozemku bylo perfektně připraveno. Na pozemek je bezproblémový vjezd. Na sloupcích je přivedena voda a elektrická zásuvka. WC budka obsahuje standardní porcelánovou mísu, která byla perfektně čistá. Majitelé jsou, jak při telefonické, tak osobní komunikaci velmi příjemní. Vše bylo parádní.

Vsechno probehlo bez jakychkoliv problemu. Pozemek je velmi prostorny, coz jsme ocenili predevsim pri hrani nasich deti. Osobne jsme se potkali s majiteli pozemku, kdyz jsme potrebovali pomoci nad ramec poskytovanych sluzeb a majitele byli velice vstricni.
