Always make your reservation as an exclusive reservation by checking the "We want to be alone on the lot" box. Pitch A is for individuals or a group travelling together. This will ensure that no strangers are on your half of the site and you can make a booking for up to two caravans, motorhomes, tents or combinations of these.
If you want absolute privacy on the whole plot, you must also make a separate exclusive reservation for Stall B (#5355 https://www.bezkempu.cz/5355 ). This will make the whole plot, i.e. both stalls, for you only with a capacity of up to 4 motorhomes, caravans or tents.
If for any reason you need to increase the capacity of the spaces for your reservation, please contact us to inquire. We will manually adjust the capacity for that booking.
The land is outside the built up area of the village in a location where clay was historically mined for brick making. The former activity is now reminded only by the tree-covered borders, which thus complete the romantic place with an unrepeatable genius locci.
There is a lockable self-service bar with a small fridge where wines from our family winery AlcedoVin are waiting for you. The bar has lighting, a storage area and sockets for connecting electrical appliances, caravan or motorhome. Fireplaces with seating are ready for you.
The property is unfenced and is easily accessible by paved road. There is a well-maintained dry toilet on the edge of the property.

What to do?
electricity
- 2x CEE socket 230V, 1x 230V classic socket inside the bar. Circuit breaker 13A. Located from 5m to 25m from the stand. The first kWh is free. If you exceed the 1 kWh consumption, please follow the instructions that will be sent to you before your stay.

Greywater (shower, washing)
- Grey water can be poured out in the lower corner of the plot just behind the dry toilet. There is an area with stones and bricks that will allow seepage.
Chemical toilet
- Chemical toilets cannot be poured on the property. If necessary, it is possible to empty the toilet into the sewer in the yard of the house, which is about 300m away from the plot. Please allow time, i.e. call earlier, as we may not be available at the time you need us.

The starting point for connection to the marked cycling routes of the Velkopavlovice wine sub-region and the Lednice-Valtice area. Further towards the Pavlov Hills and Novomlýnské reservoirs. There are many well maintained marked and unmarked cycling routes in the surroundings, both with paved and natural surfaces.

In Přítluky and the surrounding area there are many union waters (Rakvice, Bulhary, Zaječí) and also several paid ponds (e.g. gravel ponds Zaječí). The Dyje River (Jez pod Bulhary) is about 2 km away and the Nové Mlýny water reservoir is also easily accessible.

Natural swimming pool Šutrák in Rakvice, lake Flaumír in Přítluky, water reservoir Nové Mlýny (beach in Šakvice or car camp Merkur near Pasohlávky). Němčičky, Hustopeče, Mikulov or Břeclav. Aqualand Moravia in Pasohlávky.

Keys to the dry toilet and self-service bar are located in the safe at the back of the bar. The code to open the safe will be sent to you after you have paid for your reservation.
You can also use the fridge in the bar for your food and drinks. However, please only use the spare capacity and do not take out the bottles of wine placed there unless you wish to purchase them. Please pay for the wine you have consumed in the enclosed cash box or send payment to the account shown on the price list. Thank you.
Do not remove the refrigerator from the drawer. If you need a 230V socket, use the one next to the light switch in the bar.
Firewood can be collected from the adjacent border (move here at your own risk, take extra care, there are dry and uprooted trees), or we can prepare firewood for you (must be ordered in advance).
Please take care when lighting a fire in the prepared fireplace and in your own grill. Always put out the fire properly when you leave. Open fires may be regulated by decree in extremely dry weather.
We can prepare water for you in a canister by arrangement (must be ordered in advance).
Please take away the waste you produce. Only glass and metal (cans) can be left at the bottom of the bar.
Please wash used glasses and return them bottom up to their original place.
