The tent is located on the border of pastures, fields and forests between the villages of Jeníkovice and Vysoký újezd. The access to the tent is on a dirt road, which is passable for cars in dry weather (taller cars beware of branches from the alleys around the road). In wet or snowy conditions, it is possible to leave the car in the parking lot at the end of the village of Jeníkovice and try the true life of a shepherd and walk about 1km. It is also possible to take a bus to Jeníkovice.
A flock of sheep awaits you in the pasture so that you are not alone, real shepherds can hire a flock to train with their shepherd or sheepdog by arrangement.
There is a bed for two with linen, a gas cooker, basic utensils, a fire pit and dry toilet on site, and running water from a barrel to wash up. If up to four people need to sleep overnight, there are two mattresses and two blankets with linen for two more people.
The tent is situated on a large pasture and is therefore suitable for overnight horse trekking (it follows the possibility of overnighting on the pasture in Hradec Králové about 15km along forest roads). If necessary, hay, water.
It is also suitable for hikers and especially cyclists. Surrounded by beautiful nature with wild animals such as roe deer, wild boar and birds of prey, which can be spotted waiting for you if you behave quietly.
