Zlechovský Bezkemp - Plot of Land #7994

Hello,
We are active Bezkempers, and since the opportunity arose, we’ve prepared a portion of our property as a base for other Bezkempers.
Are you looking for a peaceful spot with excellent access to Hradiště, Buchlov (ice), Velehrad, Chřiby, the Baťa Canal, and Ostrožský Štěrk—or do you just need to unwind?
We’re offering a plot in our orchard (300 m²), with a modest garden shed in case of rain (3x3 m), a covered kitchen area (hot plate, Dolce Gusto coffee maker) with running drinking water (instant water heater), electricity, and a flush toilet.
The plot is slightly sloped, 7 m wide, and is accessible from the parking spot via a path of about 15 m, of which about 3 m is uphill. In case of very inclement weather, access is possible via the adjacent plot.
You can use a 4-person tent (without mattresses) or set up your own tent on an additional level area measuring 7x7 m.
Shade is provided by a mature apricot tree in front of the cottage in the morning and on the east side of the cottage in the afternoon. Upon agreement, guests may use the adjacent plot—an orchard (500 m²)—which features a fire pit, a children’s trampoline, a swing bench, and a playhouse.
You can buy groceries at Jednota or at the corner store, and get refreshments at two pubs—all within 5 minutes of the property.
This is a quiet part of the village, specifically an area of fruit orchards; someone mows the grass occasionally, but there’s no heavy machinery, such as combine harvesters, driving through here.
This is a fruit orchard; we let the grass grow a bit taller under the trees, while we mow the other areas regularly.
