Thanks to good bus and train connections it is not a problem to plan nice trips to the surroundings. You can visit e.g. the Hluboká castle, the historical centre of České Budějovice with the Black Tower, the ruins of the Dívčí Kámen castle, Český Krumlov, the Třeboň region, or the more distant Klet tower, the ruins of the Pořešín castle, Holašovice. There are extensive forests around the property - the possibility of mushroom picking, berry picking or cycling. It is also possible to gain experience with permaculture gardening or natural construction. 2 km away is a nice walk and there is a possibility of horseback riding or swimming in the river Malša at the confluence. Another nice walk leads to Vidov, where there is a healing spring :)

Very nice place with a beautiful lake and sandy beach. Quiet area with plenty of privacy. The owner Martin is very nice and helpful. There are hikes to water fountains in the area. Recommended for stays with children.

Very nice and charming place with a nice and friendly owner. We spent only one night here, but we were completely captivated - a pond full of animals and flowers, great swimming even for small children, a natural house to see, etc.). Plenty of room for the tent and our being - we chose a more private spot across the pond because of the dogs and it was excellent. We'll be back :)
