The property is approached by a nice asphalt road, which is not maintained in winter and is not passable in case of snow or ice. The plot has two entry/exit points. If you enter the property at the highest point (behind the last fruit tree), you can reach the site by taking a path slightly downhill or along a contour. In wet weather, we recommend that you cross the entrance to the site approximately 50m up to a spacious junction, turn around there and drive onto the site from above. Use the bottom exit to exit. Should problems arise despite this, we have a tractor available and will resolve the problem :) We have a hitch on the tractor, so we can park the trailer in your designated spot without any problems. When coming from Luhačovice, it may happen that the GPS will lead you past the bus stop to a broken dirt road. Be sure not to use this one. Turn before the radar about a kilometer further.

Upon arrival, the owner showed us to the property, which is perfectly prepared, mowed. The owner is very accommodating, nothing is a problem. On site dry toilet, water and electricity, he even lent us some stools. The view is beautiful, all around us beautiful flowering trekking orchards. We recommend it to everyone. Super place.

God's land. The views are magical. There are about 3 level parcels on the property, so it's really nice to stand on such a big hill. The meadow is nicely mowed. We have a 4x4 caravan so arrival and departure without problems. With a two wheeler maybe a bit of a problem, but I think that's something to be reckoned with in a campsiteless caravan. As a bonus I take water in the hose (it will probably be disconnected in winter) and a caddy. The owners are very nice. All in all a great long weekend. Thank you very much and highly recommended.
