The land is located about 5 km from the Brda forests full of mushrooms, interesting cycling and walking trails. The preserved landscape of the former military area Brdy, where you will feel like in Sumava. The land is accessible by a paved road, about 5 km from the D5 motorway Prague - Pilsen (60 km from the capital).
There is a possibility of pleasant swimming in the Záskalská reservoir, which is near the town of Komárov (5 minutes by car) or at the swimming pool in Hořovice (also 5 minutes by car).
In the vicinity of the castles Točník and Žebrák, the castle Hořovice, the foundry museum in Komárov, clean water reservoirs or the romantic ruins of Valdek. Karlstejn Castle or Křivoklát Castle are within 30 km.

Chemical toilet
- There is no water source on the property. In case of use of green chemicals, the chemical toilet can be poured into the excavated pit on the property. On request, I will give you the location where to dig it.The nearest petrol station is on the D5 motorway.
The property is easy to access even in bad weather
The driveway is paved, slightly sloping. It is not regularly maintained in winter. Depends on the height of the snow cover. We will be happy to inform you in advance about the current condition. In case of difficulties, a tractor or other equipment is available in the vicinity.

Already for the second time and still equally satisfied. Beautiful view of the night sky and tranquility.
We imagine a secluded plot of land a little differently.
It's just outside the village, you could see the houses.
The highway could be heard all night long, and the train tracks were close by, with a train running maybe every 15 minutes. Close by was some glamping where there were some quite noisy visitors.
Otherwise a clean place, a new well maintained kadibudka.
Perfectly prepared place for a sleepover. I recommend it even with children.
