Water - electricity, chopped firewood with pits for roasts available for FREE, absolute flatness without wedging the car and with a choice of hard or grassy surface. NEW swimming Biotope with 20m swimming zone, so called cleaning zone as a great paddling pool for small children.
Overall, a well-kept, more than half a hectare garden, an old orchard in the village of Synkov Slemeno with an ideal position for excursions.
The place is situated in the middle of the village with unobstructed southern views of the fields, specially suitable for cycling trips to the surrounding area. In close proximity to the castle Častolovice with a mini zoo for children (2.5km), Potštejn Castle with a great brewery Clock in the village below (16km), Opočno Castle with a hunting exhibition (20km), Brewery Rychnov n. Kn. - Habrová, unfiltered beers (7km), Rozkoš Dam / kite-windsurf (30km), Pastviny reservoir / boats, pedal boats (35km), Brewery Bělečko u Hk (35km)
Pond Dubenec in the village, possibility of sport fishing for a fee of 250 CZK/day (1km)
It is not necessary to arrange the time of arrival with the owner, however, the orchard is under supervision - the owner lives in close proximity, BEWARE of the paved, but sloping access for caravans, specifically for towing caravans!!! (for a smooth departure, it is better to drive 4x4, with a little experience, but everyone can drive!)
Winter parking will be discontinued - only available from April to November

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
ATTENTION !!! towing caravans without 4x4 drive may have problems with burying when leaving! It is then necessary to reverse back, make your way/arc along the field boundary to the new buildings and try this escape option. At the bottom new build of the large bungalow you have to walk a few yards straight across the field - the farmers have ploughed too much, even though it is a strip of council road. Fingers crossed, they've all gone so far.

Beautiful quiet landscaped site overlooking the fields. Wonderful habitat with two carp and one greenfinch. Nice fire pit and seating. A short walk from the beautiful grounds of Častolovice Castle. The only thing that would be worth improving is the smoking hut.

I keep coming back. The land is really beautiful. The road was more audible this time, but otherwise it is quiet with views of the fields and woods. The fire pit is the best here.
