We would be happy to welcome you to our garden in Čabarka (2000 m²) near Heřmanov Městec. In addition to a place for camping, we offer you a fireplace, barbecue, equipped playroom in a tin shed, sandpit, playhouse for children, underground hut with gas stove, viewing point, shooting range and much more. The garden is situated in a very quiet location, 150 metres away is a large game preserve and children and adults alike will find plenty to enjoy. The garden has many fruit trees and bushes from which you can offer seasonal fruit. It's beautiful here even when it rains, and you can light a kerosene lamp in the cottage or games room and choose from plenty of board games. Come to us in the Iron Mountains! GAME! In our garden we discovered the treasure of the Knights of Herman. Come with us to find it and enjoy the adventure of searching for it.
*Our grass cutting philosophy: we cut some areas more and some areas less, alternating between the two. We let the plants grow according to the time of year so that they flower and can be pollinated by insects :)
*We usually open our plot around Easter and close it at the end of October when the Chabarka goes into hibernation :)

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The access road (about 300 m) is in poor condition - rocky. Due to the height to drive around the forest, it is not suitable for motorhomes and trailers. In bad weather and in winter the road is not maintained. Please park in front of the garden where there are approximately 5 parking spaces. YOU CAN PARK YOUR CAR IN THE GARDEN ! :)

We rented this property for a weekend and were very pleased! 🌿 Great place for camping in the countryside. There is a small cottage on the property with all kitchen appliances and a stove so cooking was no problem. Also a big plus is the game room with board games where we spent a nice time.
The toilet is outside but all clean and well maintained. We were most pleased with the apple trees - fresh apples straight from the tree tasted delicious. 🍎
Perfect place for families and a group of friends who want to relax in peace and nature. We will definitely come back here!
A pleasant place suitable as a base for trips to the surrounding area. Beautiful landscape. Plenty of toys for children and a small cottage as a bonus. Very nice.
An absolute oasis of tranquility, thank you so much for showing us such a magical place where we could have a lot of fun. Being a kid, it's absolute paradise. :)

If you have kids, definitely come here because it will be something for them :) Everyone will find their own fun here. We enjoyed both the sunset at the viewpoint and a trip to nearby Konopac with a swimming pool. We stretched hammocks among the trees, picked plums and currants. We enjoyed the fact that the dog would not run away through the reliable fence and the children could run everywhere without worry. When it rained afterwards, we played betting and horse racing in the playroom by the light of firecrackers. The road was fine even after the rain, just a bit rocky from the village and you have to drive carefully.
We were looking forward to the garden, it was quiet and the adjacent grove enchanted us. The facilities on the property were ok, the kadibudka weaker. Lots of fruit, it was great! We didn't use the games and more too much in one night. Really lots of hikes and places to visit in the area.
