Where do the property ratings come from?
Even though the 9 reservations scared me, everything turned out great. The garden is big enough that even with so many people, it doesn’t feel crowded. The outhouse is great—it saves you the hassle of dealing with a chemical toilet. We didn’t explore the area much; the burčák knocked us out. 😂 It’s a nice place, and above all, peaceful. The only thing is, the local starling scarers could adjust the time they set off their alarms. For two days, they were faster than the roosters, going off as early as 5:20 a.m. On the other hand, the sunrise is absolutely gorgeous.
An easily accessible and truly large plot of land nestled among the vineyards. We don’t have many requirements, and I was looking for a plot with an outhouse, which this one has. I expected more cars, and there were indeed more (I think seven in the morning). Thanks to the size of the plot, however, it wasn’t disruptive. What disappointed me was the outhouse. I’ve never experienced a smell like that before. The second thing was the “shooting in the vineyard,” as my wife called the acoustic bird scarers that went off every minute all night long. It was pretty hard to fall asleep before the next shot.
We arrived around 8:00 p.m., so we weren’t able to sample the owners’ products, even though we were interested in the wine. But that’s understandable.
The property has a gazebo, an outhouse, and a fire pit.
The other guests were mostly cyclists who had just visited the wine cellars; they were cheerful and sociable. We had no problems with them. But we were only there for one night.
The property, access, amenities (shed, fire pit including firewood)... everything was perfect; everything matched the description. A beautiful, peaceful place and a good starting point for bike rides in the area.

K vašim připomínkám: O kadibudku se pravidelně staráme a aplikujeme i bakterie (dosud jsme na ni měli jen pozitivní ohlasy). Bohužel se nám v poslední době stalo, že někdo i přes náš přísný zákaz vylil do kadibudky chemické WC, čímž se účinek bakterií zničí. Není v našich silách tohle kontrolovat každý den.
Co se týče plašičů ptáků, jsou v období vinobraní nezbytností pro ochranu hroznů (co nezničily kroupy, by dodělali špačci). V noci by měly být vypnuté, ale provoz okolních vinařů bohužel nedokážeme ovlivnit.
