A marked dirt road leads to the property along the fields, which are cultivated annually. The asphalt road ends about 500m from the plot. At the point of exit from the asphalt road to the dirt road you have to drive over a slight break. Unfortunately, the dirt road is not passable in times of rain - mud and rutted tracks! We are sorry, but we are unable to control the weather. But it has its advantages :-) - you don't have cars driving right next to your property ;-) If your vehicle gets stuck, we do not have the possibility of salvage equipment. If you don't want to risk your car getting stuck in the rain or wet weather, you should plan on accessing the property on foot. You can leave your car parked on the asphalt road. You can email or call us for more information about the driveability before your trip.If you would like to arrive by motorhome, please contact us before booking. We do not recommend large motorhomes, only modified Transporter, Transit vans just because of the dirt access road.

Please contact us by phone before arriving.This is a fenced plot on which we will show you a place to camp and park. Please park in a designated parking space. Our land is "sunny", the trees are not yet grown enough to allow shading, so we ask for your indulgence - we are always trying to improve the land, build something, so that the stay is as pleasant as possible. There are still many things to build and everything is far from what we have in mind. But we believe that spending beautiful days even just one does not prevent you from enjoying it :-)We recommend wearing shoes for the water because of the mussels. On departure we expect the property to be in the same condition as before arrival. Rolled grass does not count :-) Arrival and departure times can be postponed individually by arrangement, depending on the bookings before and after you.If you have friends who want to come along with you under the tent and more than two tents need to be accommodated, then please contact us to arrange a bulk booking. There is plenty of space in the garden but we would like to ensure as much privacy as possible.Thank you and we look forward to seeing you

Wonderful, quiet, sunny place.. we were lucky to have the whole plot to ourselves 🙂 beautiful fireplace, plenty of space to put up a tent .. nice swimming with entrance directly from the property.. we have nothing to complain about, hopefully we will come back again in the future 🙂 as it rained during our stay, it was really five 12 when we left .. as the dirt road was really slippery, luckily there were no ruts, so we still got off the property quite smoothly
