We are pleased to invite you to our garden, located in a beautiful setting where you will enjoy peace and tranquility. The garden is ideal for camping enthusiasts. It is also a great place for families who want to spend time in nature and enjoy a peaceful stay.
I try to create an environment where all guests can enjoy their stay and relax. Peace and tranquility are important to us, so I try to maintain a quiet environment, perfect for those seeking relaxation.
If you are looking for a place where you can enjoy a quiet camping experience with your family or a group of friends, the garden is the right choice. Come and relax, enjoy nature and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The total area of the plot is about 1000m2, completely fenced.
On the plot you can use: playground (swing, slide, climbing frame), fireplace, barbecue.
Possibility of camping preferably in a caravan or trailer, camping by arrangement with the owner.
Parking only possible in front of the cottage !!!, tent possible on the property. For technical reasons it is not possible otherwise, thank you for your understanding.
The garden offers toilet, outdoor sink, utility water from the well, electricity. Please use ECO products, hand washing, dishes, shower, we are in the countryside, thank you ?
- ‼️ Strict prohibition of pouring waste into the vegetation in the area!
Drinking water is available for free in the nearby town of Breclav, in the place "Kančí obora".
The garden is close to the town of Lednice- spa colonnade, Apolo pond and many other historical monuments, trails.
Nearby (about 500m) there is a farm with animals for children, the possibility to rent a pony for walks.
Ideal place to relax and rest.
Prefer 1 family (more people by arrangement) sense of order and FairPlay.
If weekend stay is offered, prefer min 2 nights or more, otherwise by arrangement with owner on request.
In the months of June, July, August, September, possibility of camping only 2 nights or more, otherwise by arrangement with the owner on request.
- ‼️ the password to the gate and the keys to the property will be given to the guest after booking.
Occasionally the owner may forget to send, please remind yourself, thank you.
If guests are staying in the cottage, the garden is occupied for the caravan and vice versa. Unfortunately it is not possible to pair the calendar.
I can individually cancel a provisional booking without giving reasons (or I want/need the land myself for my own benefit) and will not receive payment, possible conditions WITHOUT a refund.
