- Water on the plot is from a drilled well. The water is not faulty and is tasty, but it has a higher calcium content, so we recommend not to drink the water and take your own bottled water for drinking and cooking.

- There are 2 switchboards with 230 and 400V connection on the property. Distance depending on how far you camp from the switchboards. We recommend taking an extension cable (ideally 50m).

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
>> Arrival and information for weaker drivers: In wet and snow with caravan only 4x4!!! The road is well paved with asphalt crushed stone, but there is grass in some places. If it is dewy or wet and you stop on a hill with a large caravan on the grass, you will definitely not drive, you will just make a hiroshima by frantic raking. That's why you need the co-driver to jump out of the car, open the gate. The driver pulls away from the road, picks up speed and drives at a continuous pace to the parking spot. On this 4 out of 5 drivers fail and call us to tell us what to do. >> Winter: The road is not maintained in winter, but unless 2 metres of snow falls, it is passable on winter tyres - with a caravan and motorhome only 4x4. >> Parking: Parking is gravelled, in places the gravel is overgrown with grass. It is necessary to stop so that in case of rain or dew it is also possible to drive the caravan :-). Basically the same principles apply as described above.
Restriction of the access road
Approximately 3.5 m is the narrowest point. Larger machinery could get onto the land without any problems.

We recommend visiting Budislav, Toulovec's stables, Polanka cottage and Roudná swimming pool. And of course the castle, which is about 3 minutes away by bike. For a longer ride we recommend the Košumberk Brewery (Luže) or the Litomyšl Castle.
water sports
The most poetic swimming pool you will ever visit - Roudná. Then the Dolní Újezd swimming pool or the Sebranice swimming pool. Local colour guaranteed.
activities for kids
Nearby is the Rescue Station and the Pasíčka eco-centre. Take your children there and enjoy a quiet morning ;-)

Na pozemku je k dispozici také sauna s odpočívárnou (není zahrnuta v ceně rezervace). Kapacita max. 4 osoby! Cena za nahřátí a 3 hodiny saunování je 1 800 Kč. Využití je nutné domluvit předem, aby byla sauna připravena k použití. Ochlazovaní pouze pod sprchou, káď připravujeme.
1) ARRIVAL: Please close the gate, lock the gate if you are the last one on the property.
2) FIRE AND WOOD: You may use chopped or cut wood on the property if available. Please do not build fires outside of the designated fire pits, it is extremely dry. Please do not build fires or grill anywhere near the woods at all, and please always extinguish your fire before you leave or at night.
3) PETS: They are welcome, but please ensure that your pet does not disturb other guests.
4) SAFETY: The property is large and is only partially lit, please be careful and explore first in daylight. The lighting automatically switches off 3 hours after sunset and is then only activated by movement.
5) RESPECT AND COMPLIANCE: Please keep order in the campground and respect other campers. Disposable waste can be disposed of in the containers behind the church.

Good campsite with fireplace, wood, axe, working electricity connections , still under construction are toilets and showers ( so far available only a bathhouse and 1x water) Quiet place !
