The garden is practically passable at any time. There is a new asphalt road right next to the plot. The village regularly plays. The land itself is slightly sloping. Thus, in the rainy season and winter it is better to respect gravity and go downhill than the other way around. It is a normal meadow/ orchard.
Restriction of the access road
Also fine for caravans and motorhomes. Access possible from two directions.

It is a small orchard between log cabins, just off a busy road with a beautiful view😍. The only thing we would have expected is more mown grass at least as a passage to the kadibudka, otherwise it was beautiful🥰 and also we can't imagine four separate reservations, for us there was only one place on a relative plain so everyone had at least a little privacy.

The place, although in the middle of the village, is very quiet. The road does not bother too much. The locals are helpful, friendly. Most of the time you don't even know about them. In short, peace and quiet. With a tent, I recommend it. For cars, caravans, probably quite steep, but it is written in the description of the place, so okay. Thank you to the owner:)
Beautiful place.
Nice place. The road is in sight, but in the village, so there is not much noise and in the evening there is hardly any traffic. Good starting point for cycling routes around Moravská Sázava.
