Room 1 (room on the left, brown floor) has a fixed double bunk bed (local honest joinery). Sleeping area downstairs is 180 x 200 cm, upstairs 120 x 200 cm (suitable for 2 children or an adult). Bedding will always be clean. The actual bedding of the beds and cleaning of the room is up to you! The room has shelves for putting things away and space under the bed. There is also a table and folding chair to sit on. The door is sliding and lockable. Electricity is only on an extension cord for an extra charge and only to one room. There is a torch light in each room. There is a mobile phone charging point in the kitchenette. Please bring your own toilet paper!
At the house we have a covered terrace with seating, sanitary facilities (toilet, shower), a small equipped kitchen. For a fee of 100 CZK you can rent a portable fireplace and grill (charcoal and wood must be brought). We also have an infrared sauna for 2 people. For a fee according to the current price list I will show you around my zoo or you can try the work of a farmer and care for animals. You can also buy some souvenirs from the mini farm. Cyclists, hikers, nature lovers, sightseers and culture lovers will enjoy the surroundings. The area is popular with tourists, yet not overcrowded.
In the village there is a recreation fee of 15 CZK per person aged 18-70 per night! Therefore, count on this additional fee with us. Persons with disabilities are exempt from the recreation fee. Unfortunately, some guests are leaving without paying the fee, even though they have been advised to pay it, so please be fair! :)
toilet
- The toilet is nice, newly built. Cleanliness is a matter of course. In the toilet we have a terrarium with a red dragonfly and small rats (mastomys). However, we have not encountered such a phobia that someone would not go to this toilet. I do not keep rodents here at the moment. The toilet is for all visitors to the mini-farm. It's located in the house, accessible only from the outside. The site is about 40 m away from where the marquee stands. As there are more campers coming, please bring your own toilet paper! Thank you!
drinking water
- Drinking water is in the small kitchen, toilet and shower. All rooms are in the house with access only from the outside. The site is about 20 m away from where a caravan or motorhome would be parked.
electricity
- The marquee is currently without power. There is a battery-powered light present. For an additional charge we can run an electrical extension cord.
There is free electricity in the kitchen in the form of ectric sockets, e.g. for charging the phone. The site is approximately 40 m from the marquee site. In winter, an extension cable can be stretched to the space heater. You do not have to worry about the cold.

- Nice shower. Cleanliness is a matter of course. The shower is in the house, accessible only from the outside. The shower is for visitors only. The site is about 40 m from where the caravan is.

The road to us is one car and rocky. Hopefully one day we'll see the repair! Except for a few days in the winter when it blows and snows, the road is always passable.
Restriction of the access road
The road is also used by tractors, so it is normally passable for cars.

The surrounding area is interwoven with cycling routes, which are very popular among cyclists.
fishing
Dams in Polička - 10 km. Pond in Pomezí - 14 km. Other tips I will find out, but there are ponds in the area.
winter sports
Ski slopes in Polička (10 km), in Hlinsko (20 km). There is a cross-country skiing trail right next to our house.
water sports
In Borová there is a swimming pool in the forest for hardy people. There is a nice outdoor swimming pool and indoor pool in Polička (10 km), Litomyšl (20 km), swimming pool and biotope in Hlinsko (20 km).
activities for kids
We have animals at our Falbgery Minifarm. Paid tours around the animals and volunteer help with the care of the animals. We also have a small playground with a slide, swing, rocking horse. There is also a free rope park and a forest swimming pool in Borová (about 1500 m). About 15 km away is Europe's largest hell, the Devil's Hell.

Beautiful nature in the wide surroundings. This region is famous for this. Forests, rocks like Toulovcovy Maštale, Čtyři palice...

Other activities
The castle in Litomyšl (20 km), Svojanov Castle (30 km), Bohuslav Martinů's tower and the walls in Polička (10 km), various museums, the open-air museum in Hlinsko, Europe's largest hell Čertovina, the Pasíčka rescue station, there is simply no town or village in the area that could not offer you something tempting.
Children: teach your children that we do not climb gates and trees, chase animals and shouting is not desirable. I don't mean crying, but downright tearing up. The neighbours and we also want to have a good time on our property. 99 hugs are absolutely wonderful and lovely. But that 1%, we've been staring :(. So far we haven't encountered any parties or disturbances of the night and I believe it will stay that way :). The fee to the municipality is 15 CZK per night and person from 18 to 70 years old. Should someone leave and another arrive on the same day, departure and arrival times are given. If the departures and arrivals on the same day differ, it is up to agreement.

Nice place, the marquee fulfilled its purpose - it slept well! The owner was very nice, the minifarm was also very nice - the children fed the animals and everyone loved it. The parking lot was great - right next to the caravan.
Quiet at the end of the village, nice owner, met expectations. I recommend having your own camping table if you want to eat out.
Everything that is written is available on the site. The lady owner very accommodating, even my dog was fine with the pet quadrupeds.
We were very satisfied. The caravan was clean and equipped for sleeping. Mrs. Sonia was very attentive, gave us lots of tips for excursions and we had the opportunity to participate in feeding the animals on the farm. Thank you very much :-)
