New. A converted Tee-pee plus a caravan shelter.Welcome to the land of tramps, vagabonds, farmers and Boers, where the magic of the landscape speaks to everyone in its own unique tone. Where, not far from civilisation, but still, there are places unspoilt, oozing with an atmosphere dating back to Celtic times. We would like to share with you the feeling of sunrises and sunsets. By the draw in the pastures, with its magnificent views and divine peace. The atmosphere is enhanced by our ungulates and fields with a pond and teepee. Included in the price is the rental of the entire site including the Tee-pee, space for 2 tents, hammock for resting and small equipment.The water is utilitarian, rainwater, in a reservoir near the pond.Newly included is the use of a caravan, 2 sleeping places plus 2 additional places. Drinking water can, if desired, be brought in ourselves.Musical instruments and singing to some extent, allowed. We look forward to seeing you.

Visited personally by the campu.eu team. Our comments:

A place hidden in beautiful, rain-soaked meadows and surrounded by forests. And with animal friends behind the fence, as the name suggests. As soon as I opened the gate, the thought ran through my head, could there be a more magical place? Just beyond it, there are hammocks stretched out among the trees, and a little further on is a giant teepee, where you can lay your head in peace with the sound of a crackling fire. And if it rains... Like me... There's still a nice green van. A van that sleeps 2 in comfort, on a mattress with the fluffiest pillows!

A great place to relax and unwind. We visited the place with 4 children and 3 adults. On arrival we were horrified when we saw the inside of the caravan, however due to the beautiful weather we all slept under the awning so it was no problem in the end. I don't really understand why the motorhome is there. You don't want to be inside, let alone sleep inside. We used it as a threat when the kids were naughty "you're going in the motorhome" :D We didn't sleep in the tee-pee (it fits about 4 comfortably with a fire), but the kids enjoyed it to the full during the day. Dry toilet standard, would be worth smoothing the edge of the slab under the thighs. Kids with short legs were a bit sore but managed on their own in the end. What also don't count on is the size of the site. There was tall grass above the edge of the shelter (about 1m) and you couldn't go all the way up. The fire pit has a smaller grate, i.e. you can easily cook with the eels. The usable water is more of a frog. We were provided with drinking water in a barrel by the owners.
Super weekend in a remote part of the countryside without people and tourists. If you want to clear your head or let the kids be kids, this is the perfect place. I take one point off for the motorhome, if it wasn't there it wouldn't spoil the overall impression and the shelter can be used for lying in the shade.
P.S. If you want a horse ride, I recommend calling the owner (she is very accommodating) at least a day in advance.

Nice plot with nice and quiet surroundings full of animals. Only the background on the property is past its best years. We didn't take advantage of sleeping in the motorhome as it didn't look or smell all that inviting. Nor did we find the courage to take advantage of sleeping in the tee-pee, and we're not made of sugar :D. We ended up sleeping in our own car (which we were prepared for), which can be parked right at the entrance to the property. The grass was about a metre high, though it didn't allow us the views of the surrounding animal pens that the photos show. Even so, we were not deprived of beautiful sunrises and sunsets. At night, the property was visited by an unknown animal that pulled out and ate the dog kibble we had hidden in a bag and stored in the playhouse :D. So anyone going with a dog, keep an eye out for treats :D.
Owners very nice and helpful. They brought us wasp preparation for the wasps that made a nest under the hood of the car (right next to the seating). They also brought us new water, as ours had turned green after 23 hours in the cans.
There is a grocery nearby (15 minutes) at Vojtki's, where they have just about everything you can think of that you forgot at home :D. You can walk to a nice stream Na Kocábě (about 40 minutes walk) and cool your feet in summer :).
More info for those who come from the side of Štechovice and go by Google. Don't be lured by the path through the forest (see photo). This is really for connoisseurs who own a sturdy quad :D.
The place definitely has a lot of potential.

Really beautiful place. Close to civilization and yet you have the feeling that you are somewhere out of the way. We found everything we needed. Wood, even sticks for roasting speckles. There is drinking water on the property and even a bottle of Coke in the teepee was a pleasant surprise. In the morning you will be woken up by bleating goats =D I highly recommend. Perfect place.

Very enjoyable camping in the teepee and it was definitely an experience for my son. Forest with lots of wood around the corner. Goats are along the way and love to be petted. The owner is a nice guy.

Super, quiet place. The land was landscaped, mowed, water barrel available. The kids were thrilled with the animals, my son especially with the caravan. We didn't end up trying to sleep in the teepee, I don't have the guts for that :D There are a wide range of excursions nearby. Satisfaction for us :)
