The property is easy to access even in bad weather
The access asphalt paved road uphill, passable even in rain.The garden is mostly grass and if it rains for a long time, a heavy caravan may have a problem to drive out.I have made a grassy paving(there is a solid place to park in rain and winter) for 1 caravan and tartan strips 120x60 cm(they are mobile, can be put anywhere) I have more of them, when the exit is trouble-free.

The garden is spacious and both fireplaces can be used by arrangement(the campfire must be properly announced), so that everyone has their privacy.Please keep cleanliness, night peace and good behaviour.I can offer a garbage bag.Water is not on the property, but I can fill and bring water containers.Everything depends on the agreement.The area is for two reservations, side by side.

We were completely satisfied. The owner is very nice and helpful, nothing is a problem. The sunsets here are amazing, you can make a fire in the evening, the hot tub has a view :) and there is wine in the fridge in the cabin ready to drink. It is about 2 5km walk to Mikulov.
