A tent erected on the roof of a car is not a caravan... Motorhomes and caravans without toilets are not allowed.

toilet
- West is not available. It is a sewage tank, which serves as an outlet to the sewerage system connected to the COV, which is also located on the property a few steps from the place of the tent. Please keep the boat clean, there is a watering can on site. The sachta is located just in front of the stone wall next to the building, which you will see as you approach the property.

- Water can be drawn from the freely accessible tap, which is cleverly hidden in the old stable on the left next to the front door. Accessible at any time, including the possibility of sitting in the stable. There is also a watering can.

- Electricity via extension cable. The cable is in the right-hand part of the farmhouse by a separate wall under the metal neck. To be on the safe side, you may want to have your own extension cable.

Greywater (shower, washing)
- Please pour the grey water behind the compost, which is located behind the small nut/wood stack towards the forest. Only water from the organic wash! You are in a protected area, but we want a clean landscape for our children!
Chemical toilet
- The chemical toilet can be poured a few steps from the place of the tent into the waste tank which is located directly on the property. Keep clean the boat and the surroundings of the boat!!!You can rinse the toilet cartridge with water from the pond (there is a watering can by the pond) and pour it back into the boat.
Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The driveway to the property is paved, sterkova...In winter it is maintained and plowed, the land is not plowed, i.e. when there is less snow, it is easy to get to the tent on the property, when there is more snow, it is more difficult. The land itself is grassy, but it is not a problem even in heavy rain...the tent is located a few steps from the driveway, where there is also a solid base...in the past the farm served farming purposes and agricultural machinery was used here, so the terrain is adapted to it.
Restriction of the access road
Please do not park on the access road, it is also used by other tourists and citizens.

There is a marked route for cycling trips. Marked cycling routes through beautiful countryside/forest.

Possibility of fishing in the nearby Milovy, Křižany, or in the castle orchards in Zdar n Saz., where the catch is certain;).
winter sports
Ski slope in the village. Right next to the property there are ski tracks.
water sports
Who dares, can jump into the pond, it is forest water with dew, therefore the golden brown colour. The alternative is the local swimming pool, which offers a larger area, but the water is of the same origin and color;).

Sandpit on the property, playground in the village (approx. 250m from the property, near the sokolovna)
hiking
Starting point for hiking trails. Nine Rocks, Zakova hora, Ctyri palice and a lot of natural karsts. Ponds, rocks, wells.
Other activities
Golf course in the village, in the summer season tricycles on the ski slope, which is also in the village.
It is a quiet location, a place suitable for families with children or relaxed people who want to take a break from the city. It is not suitable for night parties. If you come with a pet, please clean up after it and do not allow it to pollute the surroundings of the property for other campers or tourists!

Excellent communication, beautiful place for trips, quiet.On the property is undergoing reconstruction of the adjacent dwelling in our term reconstruction did not take place so well. It is good to inquire if there will be construction activity .
Quiet place at the end of the village.

Reconstruction has already started. There was no work going on during our visit, so quiet.
Our overall impression was spoiled by the ongoing construction of the adjacent cottage, but fortunately no work was done over Easter. We had counted on that, it is in the description. Communication with the owner was at a good level. Possibility of trips to the Nine Rocks, the source of the Svratka, Velké Dářko or through the forest to Křižánky, where you can eat well in the Restaurant under the White Rock.
