Where do the property ratings come from?
Everything's great! Private alley where two tents can fit. Fire pit at the end. Toilet clean and accessible 24 hours a day. Bonus small shop where you can get beer, coffee, pizza, cakes etc...

Absolutely divine, peaceful, beautiful place. We were a little worried that we wouldn't be able to set up a rooftop caravan in the alley. But if you drive through the trees, it works out beautifully. The path in the alley is more or less straight, so no need for wedges. The owner(s) very friendly, articulate and have a great Pilsen 😋 a short walk to Rešáky and lots of other trips.
We loved it here. Peace, quiet, nice nature, a beautiful trip to the waterfalls, nice owner and the pub was "perfect" for us. The pizza was excellent. The toilets were clean and fragrant. However, the property is definitely not suitable for two reservations. It was annoying to have other campers walk right past our tent. Even though they tried to be quieter with the kids, we still disturbed each other.
According to the reviews we were expecting a little more...bouzel as a negative was for us that we were not alone on the property, the owner lived a few meters from the property, we expected solitude by the forest , and so there is not quite privacy, in the morning already on the property was the supply to the restaurant, so there were people and in the exit stood a car , fortunately just outside stood the master and so took the keys but drove away, even so it was not exactly a pleasant wake... resovske waterfalls near, well marked.

- Čekali jste samotu u lesa. Ano, naše hájenka ja samota u lesa. Čekali jste snad že ta samota u lesa bude váš stan u lesa? Vždyť se to i jmenuje "Lipová alej u hájenky"
- Na pozemku jste nebyli sami? Na pozemku jste byli sami. Váš pozemek je lipová alej - nikoliv naše hájenka. Omlouvám se tedy že jsem se po dobu vašehu noclehu nepřestěhoval, a zahlídli jste mě s klíčema u auta. Doufám že ten šok se zahlédnutím cizího pána ve vás nezanechá trvalé následky
- Ráno na pozemku bylo zásobování do restaurace? Co to prosím blábolíte? Na vašem pozemku "Lipová alej u hájenky" žádné zásobování nestálo. Restaurace je od pozemku vzdálená 100 m a je schovaná u silnice na druhé straně hájenky (nikoliv v lipové aleji u lesa). Hospůdku vůbec nemůžete vidět, ani slyšet, ani zásobování které jednou za měsíc stojí na silnici před hospodou - ne ve vaší aleji.
- Děkuji za vaši pochvalu značení cesty na Rešovské vodopády, které jsem pro vás v terénu udělal
