Greywater (shower, washing)
- We are building a grey water sink, for now you can pour it somewhere off to the side (in a corner) of the property away from the staging areas, as long as you don't use aggressive chemicals.
Chemical toilet
- There is a standard chemical toilet sink. To flush the toilet, you can use the utility water that is piped next to the sink.
The property is easy to access even in bad weather
The access to the parking is on an asphalt road and directly on the meadows there is a gravel-sand subsoil where you will not get stuck with the car. Only in the case of long-lasting and heavy rains the land is sometimes waterlogged. We RECOMMEND that before you drive your vehicle onto the land, you walk through it and consider whether you and your car can handle it :)

Right next to the habitat, the Kamenice River flows with trout water.

There is a swimming pool in nearby Ceska Kamenice and about 3 km along the forest path you can reach the Stará Oleška pond.

In the surroundings there are countless tourist destinations, Pravčická brána, Jetřichovice viewpoints, Panská skála, Hřensko and its gorges and others.
Other activities
The Rabštejn Museum is located in the village of Janská, describing the history of the underground aircraft factory from World War II. A guided tour of the underground labyrinths can take up to 3 hours.
There is a large fireplace with seating in the area, outside of this place it is forbidden to light a fire.
Dogs are not allowed to run loose on the property and must of course be cleaned up after.

A great and pretty cheap place. You have to walk to the surrounding destinations, but the nature around is beautiful. A minor drawback is the weak signal of the Vodafone operator. In the summer, definitely the possibility of swimming in the river. The toilets are great and the constant access to hot water and showers is a plus.

Excellent starting point for bike trips...the land is super landscaped and large enough...there is all the facilities that is needed....toilets clean perfectly prepared...although it is part of the village so there is peace...the only minus is the signal from Vodafone...practically none but you can live with it 😀 we will definitely return.
A large mown field with excellent facilities (toilets, shower, fireplace) almost like in a campsite. No fantastic views, but green all around, quiet. The children really enjoyed the climbing frame. Good starting point for trips around Czech Switzerland. Just beware, there is water, but only usable.
Nice, landscaped site, very spacious with toilet/shower facilities, with water and a sink, so the necessary service around the caravan is second to none. Thanks to the space everyone will find their privacy. To be fair to the other plots we give 3 hearts and the reason is that the land is part of the inner part of the village and is public. It has to be taken into account that occasionally someone passes by, a car drives by, local children play in the adjacent playground....but the lot is so large that we still had peace and it was not fundamentally disturbed. The village is very quiet, without much noise or traffic. The land is divided by a service road into two parts and there is one electricity distribution box on each part, if you take the site somewhere further away from the middle part you need to allow for a long cable of 50m . There is a very bad tel on site. The signal, especially the data. Otherwise everything ok, excellent starting point for nearby trips, All iconic destinations of Bohemian Switzerland within 20km.
