On the plot there is electricity (220 and 380V), utility water from the well, drinking water from jerry cans, shower, toilet. You can sit under the large pergola or by the fireplace or grill. We can also rent a smokehouse upon agreement.
We are happy to welcome families with children. For them there is a children's garden house with kitchen, slide, trampoline, large sandpit, swing, drawing board and other toys.
Immediately behind the garden flows the Ohře River, which is suitable for swimming due to its cleanliness. The beach with refreshments is on the other side of the river (about 3 min. walk). There is another possibility of swimming in the outdoor swimming pool or in the indoor aquapark. The river in the park is also full of fish. Perhaps it is impossible not to catch some :-) If you are interested, I will be happy to advise you.

Great place, everything available, fire pit , patio, playground, toys, super privacy and of course a very nice owner. We had a great time. Thank you very much again, we would love to come back.
Richly appointed and beautifully level lot. We were here together 2 families. We appreciated the size of the plot, the equipped gazebo, shower and toilet. There is a trampoline and sandpit for the children. The owner is kind and helpful. The garden is full of fruit, which we could even pick. It is close to the centre and yet it is quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed it here plus the weather was beautiful.
Very friendly host. Lovely spot. VERY close to the city center, while far enough to not be in the crowds. The road 100m further on is busy but that didn't bother me. Lovely garden, very well maintained. When something was broken on arrival, the hosts came within 2 hours to fix it. Well recommended.

I'd remove the cacti... they're dangerous for the children.
