It is a fenced meadow (garden) of about 12 700m2, on which you will never meet other guests. If you would like to bring an extended family/friends to the property(just more tents, caravan, etc) then this is certainly possible. Directions can be found at the end of this text. There are young trees and shrubs planted on the property that produce a variety of fruits that are available to you. The advantage of fencing is that if you leave something there while you are away, a random passerby won't get to your stuff(you don't have to clean up tables, chairs, etc). Alternatively, your four-legged friend won't chase some deer into the woods somewhere... The land is gently sloping and there is a level area made for camping at the top, which has a nice view of the countryside, table mountains, meadows and woods. Down deep below you can see a little bit of the town of Hronov. But even so, on clear nights the starry sky is worth it.The nearest building from this spot is about 100m across the neighbour's orchard - you can hardly see the building. It is certainly worth pointing out: If you are a fan of campfire, there are a lot of woods with wood around(not like somewhere near the campsite, where there is not even a pine cone). But it's not too far to carry firewood by hand from the woods to the campfire(by car is fine). Also, that fence was built because of the deer. It's overgrown with tall grass down below, but it may be that a small dog somewhere may crawl/trip the fence -(approx dachshund/larger breed probably not). Or find some hole near the ground from migrating game. So if you have a feral dog, go around and check the fence just to be sure. We're talking about a raised/scratched fence - not a hole in the mesh. I mow part of the meadow(garden) for camping as needed. The rest of the land only twice a year. I will be happy to show you the land by appointment.
