The land is located very close to the road, but there is not much traffic, so cars will not wake you up at night. The land is approximately 4m below road level which can be a problem when pulling the caravan back onto the road. The owner is trying to pave the road but so far it is not enough. The promised toilet in the pub is unavailable.

Very nice meadow in the woods next to a small stream. Host very nice and helpful. Near a small inn where you can buy draft beer. 50m from the meadow there is a spring where you can refill water. There is seating and a fireplace either directly on the meadow or above the stream near the inn. For children trampoline, slide and swing.
