Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
There is a better access to the meadow from the village of Láz. You can also drive past the pond from Krnčice. In rainy weather the access is worse on the dirt road from both sides.
Restriction of the access road
The narrowest point is 3.5m on the way from Krnčice. From the village of Láz, there is no restriction.

Nearby, about 12 km is the recreational area of Vranov Dam, with beautiful surroundings. Bítov Castle, Corštejn and Vranov Chateau.

You can swim in the pond, next to the meadow with the possibility of renting a boat. There is also a beautiful swimming pool in Moravian Budejovice (about 4km).
hiking
I recommend hiking along the Graselová trail, through the surrounding forests with the possibility of mushroom picking.

At the millers you can buy healthy home-made products : eggs , vegetables , fruits , herbs and other delicacies.By appointment you can visit the bonsai .
Fires are only allowed in the prepared fireplace.Wood can be supplied.

Very nice and quiet place. I recommend everyone to choose the way to the place through the village "Láz", where the road is straighter and Bezkemp is beautifully marked with a sign. Very nice and helpful owner, which is not always the case. Thank you very much for the opportunity to stay overnight and we will definitely see you again. D
Beautiful, quiet place with a fireplace near a very old mill and pond, relaxed owner. A little longer dirt driveway, we managed to puncture a tire beyond repair when we left.
Everything great as described. Firewood was ready and we didn't need any more whip. We even got fruit as a gift. We car tested both approaches, both with no problems. Thank you.
