The access road is via a dirt road and pasture. The road is passable most of the year. If it rains, the water drains quickly. The campsite is in a meadow with a sandy base, dry. It is not paved.

There is no narrowing of the road to the property, no challenging angle of approach or obstructions in the form of low branches.

Cycling on roads in the forests on the many cycle paths and flat terrain of the Třeboň Basin, or for challenging cycle paths in the Novohradské hory.

The Třeboň region is known for its large number of ponds for fish breeding. It is possible to buy a one-time fishing ticket (e.g. Lhotka pond, pond in Šalmanovice).

Swimming in three sand pits with wonderfully clear water and many peat ponds. In Borovany and Trebon there are outdoor swimming pools.

We have already been to the property for the second time and would love to come again. The place has a great atmosphere, it's quiet and our dog just loves it :-).
The land was as described ready, no comment in this regard... the land is outside civilization in the middle of pastures bordered by forest.... A few minutes drive to the village, family run brewery with refreshments in the village... shop... sweet shop.... I will be happy to return to the property where I spent 10 very happy days with my dog... No cars... ideal for dogs and more or less solitary owners like me.... I recommend the land... :-)
