Smooth access, just in front of the property is 200 meters sandy road.
Restriction of the access road
The road is unrestricted even for larger cars, just before the property the road narrows.

Ideal cycle paths without hills are located near the Morava River, which is connected to the Bata Canal. Five kilometres from the property is the Slavic fortress in Mikulčice from where it can continue to Slovakia. The district town of Hodonín, 5 km away, is worth a visit, where there is the Masaryk Museum, a summer swimming pool, a zoo and a dock at the dam.

A kilometer from the property there is a pond Lužák with a nice restaurant.

A kilometer from the property there is a natural swimming pool Lužák with a spacious wooden pier and a comfortable entrance to the water. There is a restaurant with a terrace and a children's playground next to the swimming pool.

The municipal playground is 300 metres away. Another playground is one kilometre away at the Lužák pond.
hiking
It is worth visiting the Slavic settlement in Mikulčice, about 5km away. There is a museum with a lookout tower and the Nature Park Mikulčický luh.You can also visit the museum in the village. There is another one in Hodonín, 5km away. It is worth a visit to the town hall, the Masaryk Museum, the Museum of Oil Conquest and Geology or the Art Gallery.
The land is unfenced, you can come and go at any time.

A pleasant spot in the orchards, with plenty of opportunities for biking along the Morava River and through the vineyards.
A nice and peaceful place
A nice, quiet place.
A nice, tidy, and well-maintained lot. The grass is mowed, the trees are trimmed. No problem driving in, out, or turning around with a trailer. Electricity is fine. Firewood was ready to go. We had to leave in a hurry because of an approaching storm, so hopefully we didn’t forget to tidy anything up. The owner stopped by to pick up some pins and let us empty our gray water into the dry toilet. He recommended winemaker Mr. Maršálek, who brought us a case of wine right to our RV. Excellent wine and service :-). The nearby Lužák Pond is a great place to swim, offers fun for kids, and has a snack bar nearby that serves up delicious food! It’s been a long time since I’ve had such delicious fried cheese and excellent fries!
