toilet - Beautiful dry toilet on the property see photo. After confirming the order we will send a numerical code to open the padlock.
drinking water - We have newly built a drilled well. By summer 2024 we want to have the water intake operational, at the moment the well is sealed and waiting for the water intake permit.
electricity - There is now an outdoor socket with 230V from the solar power station, but large loads like the boiler and heavy appliances will drain the batteries in a few hours, so you need to use electricity during the day or at night wisely. When there is a large consumption, the power station will start to alert you with a loud beep and then switch off completely and only come back on the next day depending on the sun (at about 12pm).
shower / washroom - The camping (bag) solar shower is suspended inside the dry toilet and can be filled with water from the well as needed. The local pump at the Hotařská Bůda is commonly used by locals to fill the jerry cans brought in.
A rainwater tank behind the shed with a side tap is also newly available. It is possible to draw water as needed.

Greywater (shower, washing) - If you use environmentally friendly dishwashing detergents, it is no problem to discharge the grey water directly into the grass. Jar and other standard detergents will burn the grass, so please catch in the tank.
Chemical toilet - In the campsite in Strážnice it is possible to pour out grey water and the toilet cassette for free in the season, which are right at the entrance
Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weatherThe driveway to the property is paved with gravel, but in rainy weather it can be a problem to get a heavy motorhome back onto the road from the grassy area. Also, the driveway may have the last 100m muddy but still reasonably passable. 4x4 may be a necessity with a motorhome in bad weather. Extremely long rigs may struggle to roll up to the site and back. The driveway is passable even after two weeks of heavy rain, you just have to allow for the vehicle getting dirty. Better is the approach from the south (pictured), which has a shorter stretch of unpaved road. However, the weather in this region is very dry and there is not much rainfall even in the rainy season.
Restriction of the access road
The driveway from the south can be a problem for larger RVs with tree limbs on adjacent properties, nor is the driveway to the property designed to accommodate oversized RVs and large rigs such as a two-axle trailer.

The Mlýnky reservoir, located right on the Czech-Slovak border, belongs to the Slovak Fishing Association.
water sports
The water reservoir Mlýnky is only about 3km away. This reservoir is right on the Czechoslovakian border and is great for a quick refreshment. A more popular place for swimming is the Lučina recreational reservoir behind the village of Radějov (last time the parking fee was 50Kč/day). The third option is a paid swimming pool in Skalica on the Slovak side (15km away).

On the meadow there is a private children's house with a slide and a children's kitchen. In the woods there is a new smaller bunker for children with benches. Other smaller attractions are still being added.
hiking
Walks among the vineyards and orchards can be directed, for example, to the Žerotín pilgrimage peak towering directly above the property. A nice trip is also to the Plže wine cellars in the nearby village of Petrov.
We do not want to charge for pets provided the owners arrange for cleaning. Thank you for your cooperation.There is an accessible herb garden on the property bordered by stones next to the entrance to the property and down by the Thorn Tree in front of the gully.Last year we planted fruit bushes and trees. Please take care when handling vehicles - some plants are harder to see. All possible fruit is free for the taking as well as sloes and others.
