What to do?

- On the plot there is an underground tank for utility water. You can simply draw it from the garden tap next to the tank. Just turn on the switch on the side of the wooden post and the water will flow (after about 30sec before it flows from the tank!). Don't forget to turn the water off again with the switch.
There is a solar shower hidden behind the marquee, here you can wash yourself. Don't forget to top up the water in the barrel after use for other visitors with the hose (it's under the marquee) - connect it at the garden tap by the tank and at the shower side to the top of the barrel. The water is topped up and then flows out of the barrel when showering alone.

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
the last 300 m is on a dirt road. It is passable for caravans even in rain. There may be a problem when entering the site - it is on a slight slope and on grass - in heavy rain there may be a problem entering the site. In this case it is possible to stay by the fence on the paved road. The plot is fenced with forestry mesh. The road through the village passes by a building - a farmstead - it looks like you are driving through private land. But you can continue on. You'll see caravans on your left. The trees around the driveway have been trimmed, no problem with passage. You'll also pass a no-entry zone, which doesn't apply to landowners and holiday makers.

Supr,clean nice place,prepared wood for campfire which we were happy to use. The water is just a short walk away
The place is very nice, close to swimming in the amazing Rozkoša (it is a part where there are fishermen, but there is plenty of space). We felt like we were by the sea :-), we didn't mind walking a bit for swimming. Plenty of space on the property, the kadibudka clean. A bit lacking shade - will be better when the trees grow up. It rained occasionally - so we appreciated the shelter. Communication with the owners was excellent, quick. Considering what the place offers, could be a little cheaper (compared to everywhere we've been) .

Land very beautiful and in a quiet location. Just across the road is access to the water. We really appreciated that the land is fenced, considering that we had a dog with us. So we definitely recommend it.
