We offer a place to stay on the outskirts of the small wine-growing village of Terezín. The grassy plot has easy access from the main road. We have bees on the property (separated by trees, bushes and fabric) and across the stream are the pastures of a stud farm along with a local bio-park.
You will always be alone on the property, parking for up to three motorhomes is available if you are in a group (please send enquiry).
Newly located forest bar with products from the bees and some beer.

Beautiful land, close to the road, but it doesn't matter at all. Clean shed, ready wood, very nice and helpful owner. Recommended

The land was nice, shaded, with plenty of wood for fire.Kadibudka super and clean.The only con is the proximity of a relatively busy / during the day / railway and non-functional railway crossing, which is quite noisy when crossing.Otherwise there is nothing to complain.

On arrival, amazement that it's right next to the road and tracks. (the train didn't pass in two days) But when one settles down, it's a cozy place where nothing is missing. The cabin clean, fire pit ready wood roasting fork, water in a canister with a tap and a perfect working fridge in the ground that we put our groceries in and also bought 2 cold beers from.
Short cut grass and shade trees. You need to park so that you are not blinded in the evening by the lamp from the garage next door. You can order pizza and burgers to be delivered from next door in Kobylí, there is no restaurant in the village.

Nice place, nice owners. You get used to the noise of cars, it's not a big deal. If you get a good drive, you create more "privacy" (no one wanders around and people in cars probably won't even notice you). The owner drove us fresh water and we even got a fresh honeycomb to taste. We really liked it here.
