It was my second visit - I almost wouldn't have recognized the place. The owners decided to build a pond and dispose of most of the acacia. I'm sure it will be fine when it's done, but right now much of the property is a construction site.

We were looking for something to walk to from Dolní Kounice, really just for a one-night stay. For this purpose the land is suitable. For a longer stay I definitely do not recommend it. The land is more of a storage/warehouse for unnecessary things...We didn't find the courage to enter the tub (it might collapse). Given the above, the price is disproportionately high (even compared to similar plots here). In the vicinity of the building, bustle from early morning even on Sundays.The positive is a nice view of the town and the countryside.

na pozemku určitě není odkladiště všeho nepotřebného. V současné době je na jedné části pozemku umístěno cca 10 palet se ztraceným bedněním + 1 hromada nových poskládaných trámů pod plachtou, které tam mají složené naši sousedi. Ano, na pozemku, který je níže pod svahem, dokončují naši sousedi stavbu domku. Náš pozemek je však nahoře na rovině a má rozlohu 0,5 ha, takže pokud byste se ubytovali na krásné posečené loučce dále od stavby (za akátovým hájkem), tak byste si stavebních prací zřejmě ani nevšimli. Kadibudka je sice dřevěná, ale vloni nově natřená a určitě není ani shnilá, ani špinavá. Cena 150,- Kč za osobu, 0 Kč za dítě, 0 Kč za stan a 0 Kč za auto, je si myslíme, velmi příznivá. Je nám líto, že to tak nevnímáte.

The property fulfilled what we wanted from it - a one night stay under the sun in a quiet place with a nice view of the countryside. We had no requirements for other amenities. We didn't need to use the water, electricity or the bathhouse.There are cozy spots on the property and less cozy spots (near the building). The choice is yours. Those who dare can sleep in the acacia grove :-)No surprises (positive or negative) awaited us here, it matches the description.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the courage to pitch the tent because the land didn't have the conditions for it. The grass was sparse and tall at this time. The ground was dusty, the only way to sleep in or on the car. Perhaps in another month it might be possible. I didn't stop because of that. Even the driveway is about courage.

Owner's reaction Je nám to moc líto, že jste nebyl spokojen, ale buď jste nebyl na správném pozemku, nebo jste nevěděl, na kterém místě si na pozemku nejlépe postavit stan. Pro další návštěníky bychom chtěli poskytnout informaci,
že pozemek má velikost 0,5 ha a část necháváme přirozeně zarůstat a sečeme pouze 2 x do roka, ale vždy jsou tam 2 krásné
velké stále vysečené plochy na stanování - loučka za akátovým hájkem u pískoviště, houpaček pro děti a ohniště a druhá kruhová
loučka (ohraničená mladými ovocnými sromky uprotřed s ohništěm)
Nevyžadujeme to, ale pro návštěvníky je ideální před příjezdem zavolat a my je rádi telefonicky navedem. K oběma místům lze dojet autem, i když po polní cestě. Že je ale letos sucho a tráva
není zelená, s tím bohužel zatím nic nenaděláme. Na přilehlém pozemku ale bude v příštím roce jezírko, které budeme využívat na závlahu v suchých měsících. Tak snad i ta tráva bude zelenější.
