Where do the property ratings come from?
The fenced-in property was beautiful, with the added bonus of plum trees. The property seemed large enough to me to ensure privacy. There are plenty of strategically placed fire pits. Nearby, there’s a corn maze and lots of beautiful spots—and, best of all, wine!
A peaceful spot in the shade of fruit trees.
The campsite was well-maintained, with a fire pit, shower, outhouse, swings for the kids, and sweet fruit on the trees. The surrounding area offered countless opportunities for wine tasting, bike trails, and destinations for day trips—whether by bike or car.
We brought home some stowaways—ants. They came to visit us along the side of the RV and wouldn’t go away all night. But that’s nature, and they were on their own property; we were the intruders.
We stayed at the property for one night on our way back from a vacation in Slovenia. We were there alone, and in the morning we really appreciated the shade from the fruit trees. The property was fine for one night, but our kids are a little skittish and weren’t entirely thrilled by the nearby building—a former old cowshed—in the evening. Despite that, thank you for letting us stay; it was quiet and had everything we needed.

Probably the only downside is that there are farm buildings around the property, some of which aren’t in the best condition, so my first impression was a bit mixed. But you can see that in the photos, and it’s nothing major—it didn’t affect my overall positive impression of the stay.
