This is accommodation in the meadow behind the farm overlooking the fields and the horse paddock. The meadow is large and the guests are limited only by the reach of the electricity connection. There are two newly built toilets and a bathroom. By prior arrangement, a tour of the farm with animal feeding is possible. It is possible to take a ride in the tractor or ride horses for a fee. It is a small village (70 inhabitants), very quiet location. In the village it is possible to use the playground with artificial surface or playground for children free of charge. In 2023 we built a new swing and slide for children right on the meadow. In 2024 we added 2 fridges (meadow bar). One has drinks for snacks, ice cream. In the other is a selection of homemade produce (eggs, dairy, tomatoes, strawberries) as available.

Beautiful place, nice people, excellent dairy products, clean toilets and shower.
My son had the opportunity to try a day on the farm. Many thanks to Mr. Simandl Sr. for "teaming him up" for almost the whole day and letting him try feeding and riding the loader.
In the morning for breakfast we were able to pick strawberries from the field and fruit from the orchard. When we left to buy vegetables and kefir. We would definitely like to come again. We recommend to everyone and thank you very much to the whole Simandl family :-).we would like to come again. We recommend to everyone and thank you very much to the whole Simandl family :-).
Amazing beautiful place 😊 ideal for bike trips around the area (lookout tower, castle, hemp farm) On the farm there are self-service fridges in one is drinks and popsicles (Birell, beer) and in the other products from the farm (eggs, kefir). The owners are very nice. Toilets and shower clean (2x toilets one shower). Beautiful and quiet place to relax ❤️
Horses in the corral, 2 more campers in the meadow. Fire can be made in a portable fireplace. No drinking water. Fridge with produce from the farm. OK for us, thank you.
We can recommend, for us great satisfaction. Nice, clean, modern sanitary facilities, washing machine.Furthermore, the possibility of tasting products from the owner ( buying from the fridge 😉 yoghurt, kefir, milk, etc...) we also visited the cows, pigs, horses, my son rode a tractor, and we picked beautiful strawberries in the field.
Absolutely amazing place! Everything has already been described below and cannot but sign and underline. The place is perfectly prepared, no matter what you come with. Plus it's spacious, everyone has their own privacy. The luxury of a toilet and shower. Plus, treasures and goodies from the local farm await in the fridges. And I have to say, we've never had such good kefim before. Like drinking cream. I could drink a liter at a time! Plus the people there. Well, come and see for yourself, this place is a shame to miss.
Thanks especially to Mr. Šimandl the elder, who, even though he was there alone, let us come with the kids to the stables and also gave the kids a ride with the excavator.
