MARINGOTKA NOW ALSO FOR WINTER

We would like to offer you the opportunity to use our magical maringotka on the shore of a pond in the heart of the Highlands.

The maringotka offers a simple base in the countryside and a roof over your head in bad weather.

For the colder months it is equipped with a PB heater so don't worry, you won't freeze to death.

It sleeps a family with small children (180cm wide bed) as well as 4 adults using the floor (take along caravans).

Of course, it can also be used for a romantic stay for two, when the deer and owls say goodnight.

You will find a 220x200cm blanket and duvet, but please only bring your own bedding and sheet or sleeping bag.

There is also a large meadow right on the shore of the pond for both you and your pets.

However, do not expect an English lawn, but rather a forest clearing, on which it is not a problem to pitch a tent if there are more of you (by agreement), to play badminton or just sunbathe on the shore of the pond.

There is a fireplace on the property with seating on the bank of the pond, to which a large metal grate is also available.

In the marquee you will then find other amenities for a peaceful stay, basic utensils, PB cooker, coffee, tea or perhaps solar and battery lighting.

Go check out the Kadibudka first so you don't get lost in the adjacent forest and then it won't be too late before you find it :)

Perhaps in conclusion, there is also a drinking water available, which we try to replenish or an "iron supply" of bottled water under the marquee. PLEASE JUST BE CAREFUL so we don't have to bring 100 litres every week, you will also find dry firewood under the marquee.

The access to the paved area of the "parking lot" about 100m from the maringotka is possible even in rain or worse weather (perhaps only when there is snow). Please do not drive onto the property even with an all-terrain vehicle, as you may not be able to drive off and also crossing could damage the drainage of some parts of the property.

The Kukle pond is unfortunately a breeding pond, but the surrounding areas can be fished (e.g. Bor) about 300m away from the maringotka.

The property, including the marquee, operates as a "self-service" and after confirming and paying for your booking you will receive precise instructions for arrival, unlocking and the whole "check-in". Departure is done in the same spirit with photo or video documentation of the condition of the land on departure as well as please info on the water supply etc and return the keys to the pre-arranged place ;)Please report any defects or other shortcomings straight away so we can address it, we don't always manage to check the marquee perfectly between visits. For example when the batteries for the LED lantern run out. Please bring your own bedding/sleeping bags.

Great marquee even in winter. The gas stove heats up the space in a few minutes. Plenty of drinking water in the marquee...we brought water, but an iron supply comes in handy. Nice sitting area by the fire pit near the pond.
The land is quite waterlogged in rainy weather...boots come in handy
