The land is in a very good position for trips to Valtice and Lednice. The playground next to it is very nice with mown grass and seating. We didn't mind the cries of parrots and roosters, we were on excursions most of the day. The only criticism we would have is the door of the caddy which does not open and the gap created towards the property where we were not alone is quite large. Everything else was fine.

Great place, everything was exactly as described, quiet and peaceful (we got used to the birds chirping from next door).The kids liked the playground right across the pond and one a little further away by the school.We took water from the spring 2,6km away on the cycle path and basic food in the local shop...otherwise it is ideal for cycling,around the ponds flat so for children great,otherwise further to Lednice,Valtice,Pavlov or Mikulov gentle hills...
